Barefoot Coaching provides coach training for businesses and individuals who want to make a difference, while also coaching people who want to make a change. Their notable list of clientele includes reputable brands such as Channel 4, Vision Express and Teach First. We were approached by Barefoot to support with campaign strategy and execution, brand building, creative ideation and an increase in client acquisition.

Our strategy involved a fully-integrated approach, working closely with the incumbent marketing team. Following an in-depth analysis of the brand’s target audience and operational market, our first campaign focused on driving new sign-ups and acquisitions for Barefoot’s ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme. We proposed several strategic and creative approaches, with the preferred concept launched across a number of tactical channels.

The success of the campaign led to further opportunities to support and evolve the brand. From the launch of sub-brands for business initiatives, to campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and brand awareness, our full-service offering positioned Barefoot as a global leader in business coaching and personal development.
