BRIEF
Entain (formerly GVC), is the world’s largest sports betting and gaming group. The team approached us to create a comprehensive suite of digital e-learning materials to support the organisation’s internal Onboarding Management Programme. The objective was to improve staff retention, develop managerial skills and increase staff ownership of the brand.
THE
SOLUTION
The scale of works was substantial and varied, ranging from interactive documents for managers to track their progress, to learning modules, illustrated road maps, animated explainer videos and infographics to showcase key facts and figures from across the group. We also produced video interviews with key stakeholders from across the organisation – introducing the brand and explaining the importance of people investment.
The project required a dynamic approach, a solid understanding of design principles and solutions-based visual communications skills. Using agile methodologies, a robust project management plan and user-centric creativity, we surpassed expectations and delivered on time and within budget. We have a great working relationship with the team and we’re delighted to have partnered with Entain on a number of further global projects.
