BRIEF
Feedback Medical is a London-based med-tech company creating digital platforms designed to connect clinicians and drive better, faster and safer patient outcomes. The business required a new identity for its complex brand architecture, a high performance website with streamlined user journeys to maximise digital conversions, and other creative support including exhibition design, print, animation and social content.
THE
SOLUTION
We immersed ourselves into the brand, gaining clear insight into Feedback Medical’s audience and brand framework. Our solution was a digital-first, branded house approach, presenting each brand with a distinct identity, whilst keeping visual cohesion across all elements. The creative was led on the concepts of ‘connections’ and the final solution captured the essence of technology and movement.
For the website, we launched the project with a thorough discovery and immersion session. From this, our digital team identified key user journeys and build a multi-functional, high-performance interface which is innovative, informative and easy to navigate.
Following both the rebrand and website build, the company has seen a notable increase in engagement as well as an uplift in digitally generated sales leads.
