BRIEF

Feedback Medical is a London-based med-tech company creating digital platforms designed to connect clinicians and drive better, faster and safer patient outcomes. The business required a new identity for its complex brand architecture, a high performance website with streamlined user journeys to maximise digital conversions, and other creative support including exhibition design, print, animation and social content.

SOLUTION

We immersed ourselves into the brand, gaining clear insight into their audience, brand framework and complex service offering. We explored a number of potential solutions using ideation and word association methods and identified the themes of ‘connections’ and ‘liberation’ as prominent symbols of their brand. The solution was a digital-first, branded house approach, presenting each brand with a distinct identity, whilst keeping visual cohesion across all elements.

The creative was led on the concepts of liberating and connecting people, combining vibrant gradients, circles and shapes to capture the essence of technology and movement. Following the rebrand, we created a comprehensive set of brand guidelines and rolled the identity out across social channels, presentation decks, HTML email signatures and animated video assets. We were then commissioned to rebuild their corporate website, combining three separate sites into a single streamlined and accessible experience.
