BRIEF

We have had the privilege of being the strategic creative partner for both Nottingham Forest Football Club and Nottingham Forest Community Trust for a number of years. The Trust selected us to design and develop a new website, build social and animated video content and deliver multi-channel campaigns to help raise awareness of its crucial charitable work. Meanwhile the club has utilised our strategic design, digital and content skills for a number of online and offline projects including stadium signage, season ticket campaigns, promotional videos and PPC.

THE
SOLUTION

For the Club, we transformed the City Ground with signage that showcased the club’s illustrious history. Our season ticket campaign elevated the experience of receiving a season ticket, while our stadium redevelopment video showcased the club’s investment to make the City Ground Premier League standard. We also built and managed a Black Friday Meta PPC strategy targeting fans with special offers on the current season’s kit. Our PPC experts delivered the campaign over a 1-month period – generating a healthy return on investment.

For the Trust, we created impact and annual reports emphasising community transformation – with the impact report brought to life through animation. For the website, we developed an informative platform that highlighted the charity’s valuable work within the community, as well as a functional and effective online booking system. With events and programmes running almost daily, it was essential for users to identify and book events with ease, as well as having a flexible content management system for the team to manage bookings. Thanks in part to our support, the Trust has seen a significant increase in bookings year-on-year.
