Premier Community is an award-winning care service and mobility aid provider operating across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. With the care and mobility sectors becoming increasingly competitive, Premier identified a need to invest in targeted PPC campaigns to increase brand, service and product awareness, while generating a higher conversion rate.

Through a thorough scoping session, we were able to define Premier’s primary objective; increase brand awareness for its range of products and services, as well as higher interaction with the brand through direct telephone calls.

After outlining the brand’s priority audiences, we curated targeted ad groups, content, and keywords, before setting up relevant conversion tracking across the site. Within the first two months, we achieved a conversion value of £32K, a 1,642% increase in calls from the ads, a 203.9% increase in web traffic and a £0.38 average cost-per-click.
