A subsidiary of leading security firm Chubb, Security Monitoring Centres works across the UK and Europe protecting people, property and stock through its monitored security solutions. The business has continued to be a leader in security monitoring for over 80 years and needed a fully-integrated agency to strategically promote its services and software and generate new leads.

We began our partnership with SMC by building a strategy for new customer acquisition, reinforcing the brand’s reputation and positioning the nationwide B2B company as a leading provider of security monitoring services.

Following a marketing audit and brand refresh, we worked across a number of highly targeted and performance-driven campaigns – elevating sales and reaching new audiences. We were instrumental in supporting the company’s partnership marketing with brands such as BT Redcare and CSL, and dramatically increased engagement across digital channels. Our integrated approach has seen us work across social, animation, print-based materials, exhibitions, email marketing and blogs.

Following the success of our partnership with SMC in the UK and Ireland, we have since been invited to collaborate with parent company Chubb across its Singapore operation.
